What is Kripalu Yoga?  Kripalu yoga is a modern style of yoga that has been adapted from ancient Hatha yoga practices. The aim of Kripalu yoga is to guide the awareness of the yogi inward focusing on the flow of prana, or life force energy. Each teaching focuses on proper alignment, awareness and sensations felt in the body. A meditative approach to guide the yogi into their own intuitive knowledge within themselves enhances body and mind wisdom which promotes a sense of inner freedom. Kripalu yoga can be practiced by people of all age groups and fitness levels. 


Specializing in private instruction and small groups. Teaching all levels; including beginners.

Yoga Instruction and Guided Meditation courses are welcomed by appointment.

The studio is warm, full of light and faces due south towards the Austrian Alps.
